ETERNITY
Blurred colors, distorted contours, traces of time. Flowers in a vase wither. This work reconstructs and records the unique appearance of flowers in their final moments on a flat surface. Now outside the laws of nature, the flowers stand out even more than when they were in full bloom, and appear to have a stronger visual identity.
花瓶に生けた花が枯れる――。ぼやけた色彩や歪んだ輪郭、流れた時間の痕跡が一輪の花を唯一無二にしています。この作品は、枯死の花葉を平面に再構成することで、その独自の造形性を抽出する試みです。もはや自然法則の外部に置かれた花々は咲き誇る頃よりむしろ際立ち、視覚的なアイデンティティを強固にしているようにさえ思えます。
